Open house public meeting scheduled for December 7, 2023
The Texas Department of Transportation – Bryan District in partnership with local leadership is conducting a study to better understand the transportation issues within the City of New Waverly, Walker County, Texas. Working with the community to identify feasible and beneficial improvements for the area is a priority for TxDOT.
TxDOT will be conducting an open house public meeting to share information about the study with the community and to collect feedback about their transportation needs. Attendees will be able to come and go as they please to review materials, ask questions, and share comments in an open-house format. On the day of the public meeting, the information presented will be made available online on the TxDOT website, http://www.txdot.gov, keyword search “New Waverly Transportation Study”.
In-Person Open House
When: Thursday, December 7, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Where: St. Joseph Catholic Church

Format: Open house style meeting; attendees may come and go at their convenience.
